Bidder Registration Information

    All bidders must be registered with Capital Auctions, Inc. in order to bid. Bids will not be accepted from unregistered bidders. To register you must provide the following;

• Completed Bidder’s Registration form with your signature.
• Copy of current driver’s License, State I.D., or passport.
• Signed Buyers Fee Required form.

Registration Information for Vehicle Dealers

  If you are a vehicle dealer, we will need the following;

• Completed and signed Bidder’s Registration form
• A copy of your current dealer’s license.
• A copy of your current state resale/tax I.D.
• A copy of your dealer bond.
• Verification of dealer ownership. Needed only if your name is not listed on the dealer license and resale/tax I.D.
• Buyer Authorization. If you are buying for a dealership you do not own.
• Signed Buyer’s Fee required form.
