The Auction
All vehicles will pass across an indoor auction block. Buyers will be able to sit and bid or stand and walk around vehicles while they are being offered for sale. Qualified auctioneers and bidder assistants will be there to help and answer questions. One vehicle will be offered at a time.

Vehicles
All vehicles are displayed for your inspection on preview day and on sale day. A window placard affixed to the front windshield will denote the Year, Make, Model and Miles of the vehicle. All vehicles have passed a basic safety inspection assuring that all safety items are in proper working order. Some vehicles have gone through a more thorough inspection and the results of this inspection are posted on the vehicle. All required vehicles have passed California emissions inspections and smog certificates have been issued.

Fees
All vehicle purchases will include the following fees which are in addition to the final bid price of the vehicle.

• Buyers fees are 12% of bid price.
• Documentation Preparation Fee of $55.00
• Sales tax (dealers exempt)
• Title transfer and registration fees. Buyers pay only current transfer and registration fees. Back penalties will not be charged to the buyer unless otherwise announced at time of sale.
• No other hidden fees or charges will apply to the purchase of any item at this auction.
